I found this app called ""ACTIVATOR"" when I searching some stuff in "Cydia" the jailbroken app store in my iPod touch 4G.... This is an amazing software if you use it wisely...
This will answer one or more of your heaps of problems with your iPhone ... Such as...
How to use multitouch gestures in iPhone/iPod touch
How to change the way of accessing IPhone/iPod touch
How to assume custom buttons or custom gestures for original buttons
With this you can add new features like "shaking the iPod for traditional home button press) like wise.. There are many features like touch screen lock, touch shut down, touch reboot, touch respring, changing default buttons and changing default gestures....
To install this you should have a jailbroken iPhone or iPod touch with you. But some touch gestures only works with 4th generation iDevices like FaceTime iPod and iPhone. I installed this amazing software on my both iPod touches... Earlier one doesn't sense for touch gesture activities..
Here's the way to install
1) Jailbreak your iDevice using greenpoison or redsnow or ultrasnow(whatever you like)....
2) open "Cydia" and select "search" tab on the bottom right
3) search for ""ACTIVATOR"" and install it. Only 190KBs.. So what's the reason to hesitate :D
4) Enjoy

Is activator an App? How do i get it. When i type "Activator" into the app store nothing comes up and i really need it :/

yeah.. It's an app. But it's not at the apple store to download. It's in the Cydia the jailbreak app store. So you have to jailbreak the iPhone and search cydia and install :D
